Ledger ยท Terms

End-user license agreement

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms govern use of Ledger, the private accounting review application operated by Hayo Telecom, Inc. (“Hayo”). By using Ledger, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Authorized internal use

Hayo grants authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use Ledger for approved internal business purposes while their access remains authorized. Access is not offered to the general public. Do not share sign-in credentials, bypass access controls, or use Ledger for companies or records you are not authorized to access.

You must have the relevant company's permission to connect its QuickBooks account and process its records. Intuit services remain subject to Intuit's applicable terms. Ledger is operated by Hayo, not Intuit.

Review and exports

Ledger reads supported QuickBooks Online accounting records and stores a local copy for review. It does not create, edit or delete accounting transactions in QuickBooks. Category suggestions and company allocations are proposals for human review. Assigning a cost to a company in Ledger does not move it between companies' books.

You are responsible for checking the selected dates, company, currency, source records and coverage before relying on a review or export. Confirmed exports may contain only part of a company's transactions. A confirmation or export is not proof that the books are complete or reconciled.

Availability and responsibility

Ledger depends on connected services and may contain errors, delayed updates or coverage gaps. Hayo provides the application as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, complete data coverage, or fitness for a particular accounting purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. It does not replace qualified accounting, tax or legal advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Information and connections

Handle accounting records and downloaded exports according to the relevant company's confidentiality requirements. The privacy policy describes the information Ledger processes and retains.

You may stop using Ledger or disconnect a QuickBooks company. Disconnection stops that connection's future synchronization after revocation succeeds. It does not erase records already imported, saved reviews, audit history or export snapshots. See the connection instructions.

Access and changes

Hayo may suspend or end access when it is no longer authorized or when needed to protect the application or business records. Permission to use Ledger ends when authorization is withdrawn. Hayo may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date.
