Disconnect or reconnect QuickBooks

Manage each company connection from the private Ledger workspace. Connect to the Hayo VPN and sign in first.

Disconnect a company

  1. Open Ledger and find the company in QuickBooks companies.
  2. Select Disconnect for that company.
  3. Wait for Ledger to report that the company is no longer connected. If Intuit does not confirm revocation, Ledger shows an error so you can retry.

Successful disconnection revokes Ledger's access to that company, clears its stored access and refresh tokens and stops future synchronization. Existing accounting copies, saved reviews, audit history and export snapshots remain stored. Contact the administrator about a deletion request.

Reconnect a company

Open Ledger, select Connect for the desired company, complete Intuit's authorization and verify the returned company identity before confirming the connection. The browser must remain connected to the Hayo VPN for the return to Ledger.

This page is information only. Opening it does not disconnect a company, and it does not confirm that any connection has been revoked.
